How do I Book a Desk in the Coworking Area?

Streamlining your Coworking Desk Booking experience with Talent Garden

If you are a Talent Garden member, you may have access to bookable desk hours for your organization. Ensure that you are aware of the exact number of bookable hours available to you and whether your current membership plan includes any.

For those with a Community Membership activated during a promotional period, you may have access to 10 hours of bookable desk time. Additionally, if you have purchased an hours package (40, 60, or 80 hours), you may also receive extra hours.

To check your remaining hours, please click on the door icon in the app menu and review the "Remaining Hours" counter.

Please be aware that if you are part of a larger team, the bookable hours are shared among all team members, and the app's counter displays the usage for the entire organization, not just your individual usage.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to book a desk in the coworking area:

1. Open the Talent Garden App

   First, open the Talent Garden app on your device.

   

2. Navigate to the Homepage

   On the app's homepage, locate the "Book a Desk" option in the quick action menu, or simply tap the "+" icon at the bottom of the page. Otherwise, open this url from your smartphone to quickly get access to the booking feature.

3. Select the Booking Date

   Choose the date you wish to reserve a desk for.

4. Choose Your Booking Duration

   You can select one of three options:

   • Morning: Reserve the desk for the morning.
   • Afternoon: Reserve the desk for the afternoon.
   • Full Day: Book the desk for the entire day. Note that you cannot book desks for shorter time periods.

5. Receive Your Desk Number

   The app will assign you a unique desk number, which corresponds to the physical desk you should use in the coworking area. It's essential to ensure that you sit at the correct desk to avoid inconveniencing others.

Remember, if you have a booked desk, always use the coworking area designated for your organization. This ensures a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone using the coworking space.
