  1. Open a Ticket through the Talent Garden app, at least two working days before your membership renewal.
  2. Select the "Billing and Invoicing" category.
  3. Explain the Reason for Cancellation: Provide a brief explanation of why you want to cancel your membership. Ensure to include your name, surname (or company name), and the email address associated with the membership.

  4. Membership Deactivation: Your membership will be automatically deactivated at the end of the last day before renewal, ensuring a smooth process.
