Effortless Direct Debit Setup: A Quick Guide for Seamless Transactions
The first purchase must be made exclusively through credit or debit card via e-commerce (click here). Afterward, it is possible to set up direct debit. To do so, follow these steps:
- Open a Ticket from the Talent Garden app.
- Select the "Billing and Invoicing" category and the relevant campus.
- Briefly explain that you want to set up direct debit, ensuring you provide your name, surname (or company), and the email address associated with the membership.
- Await feedback from our Sales team.
Upon the next scheduled renewal for your membership, you will receive a link from the system prompting you to set up the direct debit as desired.
