Effortless Direct Debit Setup: A Quick Guide for Seamless Transactions

The first purchase must be made exclusively through credit or debit card via e-commerce (click here). Afterward, it is possible to set up direct debit. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Open a Ticket from the Talent Garden app.
  2. Select the "Billing and Invoicing" category and the relevant campus.
  3. Briefly explain that you want to set up direct debit, ensuring you provide your name, surname (or company), and the email address associated with the membership.
  4. Await feedback from our Sales team.

Upon the next scheduled renewal for your membership, you will receive a link from the system prompting you to set up the direct debit as desired.
