How to log in if I haven't got my credentials? All Talent Garden members have their own access credentials. If you haven't received your credentials yet, ask your Community Manager. If you have lost them, reset your password from the Talent Garden app.
What do I do if I see the network but I can't browse the internet? First, ask your desk neighbour and check if he/she has the same issue, if yes please contact one of our staff members.
Otherwise, try these different options below:
- On your browser open a new tab and go to wifi.talentgarden.com. If the page "WiFi is working correctly" appears, it means you are connected to the Internet.
- Restart your device (laptop, smartphone, etc).
- Check if your device's wifi board is correctly updated, and if not, update it.
- Try to move to another area and test if the issue still persists
