How can I change the card for the monthly debit of my membership?
Follow these steps to update the payment card for your monthly subscription:
- Open a Ticket through the Talent Garden app.
- Select the "Billing and Invoicing" category.
- Briefly explain that you want to change the card used for the monthly debit, making sure to provide your name, surname (or company), and the email address associated with the membership.
Upon the next scheduled renewal for your membership, you will receive a link from the system prompting you to set the details of the new card as desired.
