How can my guests access the campus?

It is possible to host guests within the Coworking space for meetings and events. The guest are not required to pay any fee to access the space, unless they need to be hosted in the campus for more than one day.

Once at the reception, the guest need to check-in and mention the Community member he/she wants to meet.

The staff will send a notification via Talent Garden App, WhatsApp, and SMS to the designated person, who should then come to the reception to receive his/her guest.

⚠️ Important: To properly receive notifications, it is necessary for the community member to download the app, consent to notifications, and add the mobile number to the profile.

Badges and daily passes will not be issued to the guest, who must always remain with the community member they have an appointment with.

Guests can enjoy the TAG Café and the Campus spaces.

For the Wi-Fi network, guests will be asked to connect to our "Talent Garden Guest" network: to join the wifi, they need to submit their email and consent to data processing.
