Who do we share your data with?

Your data may be made accessible to the following subjects: 

• individuals properly authorised and instructed to process the data and bound by contract or by law to confidentiality, such as employees and/or collaborators and/or data processors and/or system administrators;
• companies in the Talent Garden group and parties necessary for the performance of activities connected with and consequent to the execution of the contract (e.g. suppliers of IT, banking, insurance, accounting, tax, legal services, etc.), who act as data processors or controllers as appropriate; 
• companies providing training courses or other services in partnership with Talent Garden, acting as autonomous data controllers or data processors;
• public organisations and authorities, if and to the extent that this is required by applicable legislation or by their orders, or for the exercise, verification and/or defence of a right in court. 
  
  In any case, your data are not and will not be disclosed (meaning the disclosure of personal data to unspecified persons, in any form whatsoever, including by making them available or consulting them), except where you have given your consent or where disclosure is required, in accordance with the law, by the police, the judicial authorities, information and security bodies or other public entities for purposes of defence or state security or for the prevention, detection or prosecution of criminal offences.
