Use of the TAG CAFÉ area: rules and guidelines

In our coworking space, we want to ensure that each area is used in the most appropriate and respectful manner possible. In this regard, we wish to provide some specific guidelines on the use of the TAG CAFÉ area.

The TAG CAFÉ area is primarily reserved for residents of our campus and their guests.

If you have a community membership, you can use the cafeteria area, but remember that it is not a dedicated coworking area. Its primary function is that of a bar.

Therefore, we ask all taggers who use the café area for work or to meet guests/clients to free up the tables, especially from personal effects and PCs, during lunch hours (12:30-14:30). This will allow the customers of the TAG Café and those who bring their lunch from home to have a place to sit.

If you intend to have lunch at the TAG Café, please use the black tables if you purchase lunch directly at the TAG café, and the large light wood ones if you bring lunch from home.

Remember that the tables should also be left free even if you intend to have lunch later in the time slot indicated, allowing those who first arrive with their lunch tray to eat, alternating after them when you are ready to have lunch.

In addition, we would like to emphasize that the café area, like the rest of our building, is protected by an alarm system after 22:00. To avoid triggering the alarm, we ask everyone's cooperation to ensure that all windows and doors are closed before leaving. If you intend to work during the night hours, please keep windows and doors closed. Your collaboration is crucial to ensure the security of our coworking space. Thank you!
