Meeting Room Policy

As a part of your contract with our company, you have a certain number of hours per month that you can use to book a meeting room through our app. These hours are not cumulative and can only be used within the current month. You can check how many hours you have consumed directly in the app.

If you go over the allotted number of hours, the extra hours will be billed at a rate of 15€ + VAT per hour. These charges will be billed to your company periodically.

Please note that the number of hours is shared by your entire company, so the hours you see in the app refer to the total number of hours used by your company.

To book a meeting room, simply open the app and select the date, time, and location that you would like to reserve. You will be able to see how many hours you have remaining and whether the room is available at the selected time.
