Event Spaces, Planning & Rules


In Talent Garden Calabiana we have different event spaces, based on the needs of our clients:
  • Workshop Rooms (2): up to 40 participants 
  • Community Space: up to 90 participants 
  • Green House: up to 150 participants
  • Terrace: up to 200 participants
  • TAG Cafè Area & Garden: up to 250 participants
  • Hub: up to 500 participants

Taggers can rent these spaces with a discount of 30% compared to the list price.


⚠️ In case of external events, follow the rules of closure and inaccessibility of the spaces communicated by the team and the appropriate signs ⚠️

COMMUNITY EVENTS

Each member can propose new topics for our Community Events, which can be co-organised with the Community Manager. We have four main formats for community activities: 

  • Community Breakfast
  • Community Lunch
  • Innovation Snack
  • Community Aperitivo

The Community Manager will custom each event based on his/her community needs and preferences. For each community event, the Community Manager will send notifications via: 

  • Slack (if you're not in the Slack Channel, ask your Community Manager)
  • Talent Garden App (⚠️: remember to turn on notifications)
  • Weekly Newsletter 
  • Mediawall (in the reception area)
