Do we transfer your personal data outside of the European Union?

The processing of data may take place in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The Data Controller ensures that any transfer of data to companies and/or third parties located in non-EEA countries is always carried out within the limits and conditions provided for in Articles 44 and subsequent of the GDPR. In particular, the transfer will be made to countries that guarantee an adequate level of protection, for which there is a decision on adequacy by the European Commission pursuant to Article 45 of the GDPR, or by adopting other safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR (such as the use of standard contractual clauses with the data importer).
