      Coworking Spaces: Rules

      Coworking spaces are only accessible swiping the badge or through the Talent Garden App.

      TAG Shared Desk Members and Community Membership Owners must book their desk before getting into the Campus, using the "Book a Desk" feature of the Talent Garden App. 

      It's forbidden to eat inside the building except for TAG Café, the community spaces, our garden and the terrace. 

      The lights turn off and on automatically according to the scheduled times of the Campus.

       

      ❌ ACTIONS FORBIDDEN ❌ 

      • the use or installation of electronic devices such as coffee machine, kettle, microwave or heaters.
      • to use or occupy workstations that have not been directly assigned to you. 
      • to change the office layout moving furniture or desks
      • to have lunch in the Coworking Areas

       

      • All Campus doors should always be kept closed and security exits should not be used except in case of emergency.

      • Please remember to turn off all lights and AC / heater when leaving your coworking area.

      • Please do not eat or drink in the coworking areas, offices and meeting rooms. Feel free to do so in the Community or TAG Cafè areas.

      • It is strictly forbidden to install any electronic devices such as microwaves, mini-fridges, boilers or coffee machines in the coworking, if you do so they will be removed by our staff. 

      • Any design and/or furniture-related requests should be discussed with the Office Manager.
